Still Talkin' Diversity Workshop DVD Version

Still Talkin' Diversity presents sensitive workplace diversity issues that are frequently ignored-women as bosses, men and gender roles, bigots and backlash, disabled persons, age issues, and alternative lifestyles. This training program can supplement previous diversity discussions on the more common issues-stereotypes, jokes, religion, etc.-or it can be used on its own to explore working with a kaleidoscope of people in a contemporary workforce.

The program includes a candid, hard-hitting videotape of vignettes that examine the sensitive issues head on, showing the realities of the issues in today's workplace. The participant's booklet examines the sensitive issues up close, viewing them through a framework of cultural understanding that can help participants to work positively and constructively with a variety of co-workers, customers, and other business contacts. The program engages learners through a variety of learning experiences, reinforcing the lessons taught and enabling participants to apply the principles in their daily experiences.
