She has extensive experience working with a wide range of organizations, providing employment law consulting with a specialized focus on employee relations management, internal investigations of misconduct, and the prevention of workplace violence and sexual harassment. Ms. Speer is a graduate of Stanford University and the Santa Clara University School of Law. She was associated with the national law firms of Morrison & Foerster and Seyfarth, Shaw, Fairweather & Geraldson in San Francisco prior to establishing Speer Associates.
DAWN DARRINGER, Esq., is a partner in the New York office of McDermott, Will & Emery, LLP. She is a member of the firm's Trial Department, where her practice focuses on employment, traditional labor law and employment counseling. Dawn's practice involves extensive day-to-day counseling on a variety of employment-related matters, including wage and hour compliance, She works with a variety of clients across a range of industries including, but not limited to, health care, finance, publishing and fashion.
