Making sure that all employees received basic emergency response training is a critical part of every employer's safety program. You never know when a workplace fire or natural disaster like a tornado or flood might strike. When employees know how to respond quickly and effectively in a workplace emergency, lives can be saved, injuries are reduced, and property damage can be minimized.

A key requirement under is employee training must be conducted.
