Communication Response Style - Package of 5

This assessment identifies a person's relative strength in each of four response modes - critical, advising, emphatic, and searching. A series of statements that someone at work might make are presented. Beside each are four responses. For each of the statements you have 3 points to assign, giving them to one or more of the four responses, selecting the response(s) that you would be most likely to make.
