CAROLYN SUE JENKINS, Esq., has extensive experience in defending workers' compensation cases and is certified by the State Bar of California as a specialist in Workers' Compensation. As a partner with Jeffer, Mangels, Butler & Marmaro, she counsels employers in disability-related matters arising under the Family and Medical Leave Act, as well as the Americans with Disabilities Act. Ms. Jenkins also represents public and private employers in employee benefit matters, particularly plan design and compliance. Additionally, Ms. Jenkins has 30 years' experience in commercial lines property and casualty insurance, including loss control, risk management, and underwriting.
SALLY P. BROWN, RN, BS, COHN-S, CCM, is the director of Occupational Health Services for Sandler Occupational Medicine Associates in Newark, Delaware. Ms. Brown works directly with employers all across the United States in helping them control medical and health costs through proactive employee monitoring, evaluation, and return-to-work programs. Ms. Brown's experiance includes direct patient care; she is also a corporate health services director and consultant for insurance carriers. Ms. Brown is a Certified Occupational Health Nurse Specialist and Certified Case Manager.
