Order this 90-minute audio conference to learn the best e-cruiting practices that will protect your organization against legal claims and risks. Our experts will teach you how to select the best Internet job boards and software, how to screen resumes and applicants properly, and how to conduct online searches and interviews without running afoul of state and federal restrictions.

You and your colleagues will learn:

  • The most common legal claims and liability facing employers who use e-cruiting methods, including a few that will surprise you
  • What you must never include in your online job ads
  • The safest methods for receiving, sorting, storing, and discarding e-cruiting data
  • How to draft job postings, and replies to applicants, without opening yourself up to discrimination complaints
  • Why your e-cruiting software and vendors may be exposing you to claims of "reverse selection" - and how to fix the problem
  • The steps you must take to protect yourself against e-cruiting audits by the EEOC and other federal and state agencies, including the OFCCP's "applicant flow data" requirements, if you're a federal contractor
  • What sections in the "Jobs" section of your organization's website should be reviewed thoroughly to prevent legal claims
