The Follow the Leader DVD is divided into three 20-minute segments which can be viewed in one three-hour workshop or broken into three one-hour workshops titled: 

1. VISION & COMMUNICATIONS
2. INTEGRITY & REALISM
3. LOVE & PASSION

Upon completing the entire training program, your participants should be able to: 

• Define the leadership traits in terms of observable behaviors
• Define these traits and behaviors in terms of your own company's professional/leadership development goals
• Discuss how their own style may influence how the featured behaviors "look" on them
• Design a plan to practice these traits in their everyday role as leaders in your company

Program includes: DVD and a CD-ROM containing an 18-page Trainer's Guide, a 24-page Participant Workbook, and a 34-frame Microsoft PowerPoint« Presentation.

• Base package: 100 plays for $425 (minimum purchase) ·
• More than 100 plays are only $3.00 per play if purchased with the base package.

What is a play?
Beginning a program on a PC/Macintosh opens a three-hour viewing period which counts as one play. All programs can be completed in two hours or less.

License Term
Each license starts with a one year term. Purchasing additional plays extends the term for another year and any unused plays are extended as well. Otherwise, after one year, the term is ended and unused plays are lost. The license is terminated when all purchased plays are exhausted.
