Our teens organize to meet and plan holidays, work on a school assignment, make kit furniture, raise money to help a friend, plan their career goals, learn to drive, and play video games. All of these activities give them important communication, teamwork, problem-solving, initiative, self-management, learning and technology skills that they can use at work.
