This training video takes a look at the growing problem of bullying. The new forms of harassment go beyond the usual discrimination with regard to race, color, religion, gender and national origin. Acts such as bullying, cyber bullying and sexting are new and very pervasive results of harassment and hostile environments.

In the training video, a diverse group of employees and their clients engage in an awareness raising discussion using their personal experiences to show concrete examples and the destructive impact of:

• workplace bullying
• intimidation at work
• cyber-bullying
• sexting
• discrimination against younger workers by their older colleagues

The program also reviews basic concepts of quid pro quo, the reasonable person standard and the hostile work environment and relates them to these more recent forms of harassment. It also touches on new challenges in the workplace due to the fact that for the first time in history, there are four generations in the workplace.
