Payment Methods:
We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover cards. We also accept purchase orders, company checks and bank wire transfers. Purchase orders must be paid in full before products are shipped for first-time customers, unless prior approval is given. Purchase orders will not be accepted from individuals. Purchase orders from outside the U.S. must be paid before order is shipped
Billed purchase orders are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Invoices not paid within 30 days will be subject to a 2.0% monthly service charge.

Return Policy
Most of our programs come with a 30-day money back guarantee with the exception of a few selected titles. Contact our BTM consultant for details. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at 1-888-337-2121 for a return authorization. The program must be in good condition without any damage. You will be given a refund or exchange, less shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Business Training Media will also gladly replace any video, DVD or CD-ROM that proves defective within ninety days of purchase. Simply contact our Customer Service department and we'll take care of the rest

Previews
Customers within the continental U.S. may schedule a 10-day preview of most DVD and video programs. Preview programs are for purchase or rental evaluation only and can not be used for training sessions. When you preview a program, it will be the exact the same as the purchase or rental copy in length. Our previews are for 10 days and you may extend that period without charge. Shipping charges will apply to your preview order. To extend your preview, just contact a member of our team at 1-888-337-2121.
Program Rentals
Program rentals have a 7-day rental period. If rentals are not returned or are lost, BTM will bill you for the replacement cost of that program. Rentals must be shipped back to it's original shipper through FedEX, UPS, DHL or US Postal Priority Mail service for package tracking purposes.
Purchase of Rental Program
If you decide you would like to purchase your rental after using the program, you may purchase the program less the rental charge. Program must be puchased within 30 days of the rental date.
Special Discounts
BTM offers special discounts between 10%-15% off for educational, government, consultants and non-profit organizations on selected titles. Shipping & Tax
BTM will ship most orders via UPS Ground service. We also offer our customers next day and 2nd day shipping options. California residents pay 8.25% sales tax on there orders.
