This 38 minute training program is designed to deliver the specific levels of training required for compliance with the new U.S.C.G. Maritime Security Regulations known as the Maritime Transportation
Security Act – MTSA and the Department of Transportation’s – DOT Security Requirements for Offerors and Transporters of Hazardous Materials. This training is consistent with the requirements in 33CFR 105.215 for maritime facility personnel and 49CFR 172 (HM-232) for personnel involved in the shipping
of Hazardous Materials.
